National Day of Prayer for the African-American and African Family
Details
Held on the first Sunday of Black History Month, the National Day of Prayer for the African-American and African Family was founded in 1989 by the late Fr. Jim Goode OFM and marks its milestone 35th anniversary this year.
It is a day set aside to give special thanks to God for our families and place our every care in the arms of Jesus.
