Dear Texas Clavers,
We are excited to share the 2025 Jr. Texas State Conference Informational Packet and Registration Materials with you.
This year, we are returning to a three-day conference, and we are thrilled to announce that it will take place at Prairie View A&M University in Prairie View, TX, from March 14 to March 16, 2025.
The information packet includes a link to hotel accommodations in Waller, Texas. Please note that hotel stays are optional. We have reserved a block of rooms that will be released in early February, but you are free to choose other hotel accommodations if you prefer. Additionally, each unit is responsible for their Juniors if they choose to stay in a hotel, as hotel stays are not included in the Jr. Texas State Conference.
Please review the materials carefully and take note of the deadline dates. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to State Directress Smith or State Director Phillips.
Lastly, you can send all payments via Zelle to "jrtsckpc@gmail.com." or by check made out to "The Knights of Peter Claver".
Kindly include a note in the memo to indicate the purpose of the payments.
