Greetings My Dear Claver Sisters,
I pray that this season, which is the culmination of the mystery of God becoming flesh, is off to a good and holy start for you. I pray also that you had a joyous Christmas, a Holy Christ-Kwanza and that you and your families be blessed with good health, happiness, and prosperity in the coming New Year.
It is with immense joy and anticipation that I invite you to the 86th Annual Northern States District Conference. Enclosed, you will find all the pertinent information needed to prepare for this monumental Conference, scheduled for April 30th – May 4th, 2025. We encourage you to review these materials thoroughly to ensure you are ready to actively participate.
The Joint Board has worked tirelessly to create an enriching and purposeful virtual Conference experience for the membership of the Northern States District. The schedule has been thoughtfully crafted to include:

- Business Meetings, where we will address critical District matters, most importantly, the By-Laws & Resolutions process, where we will collaboratively shape policies and procedures that govern our work as a District.
- Liturgical Celebrations led by our NSDC Chaplain, Fr. Anthony M. Bozeman, SSJ, to strengthen our faith and unity.
- Informative Workshops that will provide tools and resources to further our Noble Orders mission.
- Public Meetings hosted by our Health & Wellness Advisory and Social Justice Committees, a new addition aimed at promoting our Noble Orders vision and impact on non-Conference attendees.
