I hope this letter finds you and your fellow Council Members well. The planning for the 2025 Gulf Coast District Conference has had many challenges; however, the Knights District Board, the GCD Tech Team, and the Zone 1 Planning Committee have been working hard to ensure that we have a successful conference.
Attached you will find links to register for the Conference and reserve your hotel room. Additionally, there are links for all the Committee and Nomination Forms for the various awards.
The following serves as a reminder of your Council’s financial obligations to the Gulf Coast District. Each Council is responsible for Dues of $100 and Scholarship Fee of $75, both payable to the Gulf Coast District.
Please know that dues and scholarship fees are due each year. We collect these fees to present a $1500 Scholarship to a deserving and qualifying young person and to pay costs associated with the administration of the Gulf Coast District. Any Council that fails to pay these fees, your delegates will not receive a voting card.
Dues and Scholarship fees are payable without regard to whether your Council intends to send delegates to the Annual Gulf Coast District Conference. Please send your Council’s dues and scholarship fee ($175, total) to District Treasurer Philip Stiell at the following address:

Conference Raffle tickets will be mailed to all Grand Knights. I urge you all to participate fully in selling your raffle tickets. Looking forward to seeing you in Mobile.
