Step 1: VERIFY YOUR ELIGIBILITY

Step 2: APPLICATION STATUS   

In order to participate in a Ladies virtual initiation, your membership application must have either been:

1. Submitted to a local court, OR
2. Submitted online and been assigned to a court

If you HAVE NOT submitted a membership application, you may:

• Submit Membership Application Online  OR
• Download / Submit a Membership Application

Note: Once your membership application has been submitted, please allow up to 45 days for processing / unit assignment

Step 3: SIGN UP FOR VIRTUAL INITIATION:   

• Applicants (Candidates for Initiation) AND Observers (Current Members) complete the Virtual Initiation sign up form:ST
  • Click here for Saturday, September 23rd, 2023 @ 10 am CST
  • Click here for Saturday, December 2nd, 2023 @ 10 am CST

IMPORTANT DEADLINES:

• Membership Applications that have already been assigned to or submitted through a court must be received at least 2 weeks before the initiation date
• Sign up for Virtual Initiation must be completed at least 1 week before the initiation date

Step 4: Verification of Virtual Initiation Sign Up:   

1. You will see your information on a confirmation screen after you submit your Virtual Initiation sign up.
2. Upon approval, you will receive an email with the link to join the Virtual Initiation

• Complete an online Membership Application
• Download a Paper Membership Application
• General Virtual Initiation Information
