KNIGHTS VIRTUAL INITIATION SIGN-UP PORTAL
Step 1: Complete Claver Membership Application (Skip to step 2 if you have already completed and submitted a membership application or are already a member)
Step 2: Register to participate in an upcoming VIRTUAL INITIATION via Zoom
Step 3: Check your email for an automated response / link from Zoom to join the virtual initiation
NOTES:

- Complete and submit online:
- Complete and give to the Financial Secretary or Grand Knight of your local Council)
Step 2: Register to participate in an upcoming VIRTUAL INITIATION via Zoom
- Applicants AND / OR Observers (Current Members) Virtual Initiation sign up form:
Step 3: Check your email for an automated response / link from Zoom to join the virtual initiation
- The meeting link in the auto-reply email should be clicked to join the meeting on the day of your selected initiation
- The Subject line of the email will read: "Initiation into the Third Degree of the Knights of Peter Claver Confirmation"
- If you did not receive an auto-reply with the confirmation and link:
- Check your spam folder
- You may have entered an incorrect email address when registering.
- Re-register and enter the proper email address (please double check the email address you enter)
NOTES:
- You are asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the initiation to workout any technicalities / start getting to know one another / pray
- To join the virtual initiation meeting, use the join link you received from Zoom when you registered (if you do not see the email, please check your spam folder)
- You should be in a quiet and secure location
- You need to have a computer / laptop / phone / device with a working camera and microphone
